The database application user is given visual clues, tips and informed at appropriate
times. For example, if an expected operation or process does not complete, the user
receives the appropriate message.
Page tabs are used to group information into logical areas.
For best data entry efficiency, Forms are designed so interaction can be keyboard
driven. Navigation through the Form moves in the expected direction of left to right, top to bottom.
A PDF feature is available where in addition to printing Reports or Graphs, a PDF file can be created.
The user can control how the file is named relative to the report being printed and where it
is stored. Also, the PDF file can be inserted as an email attachment.
Users can access drop down list sources by keying Alt+F10. Once
at the source list, users with the appropriate permission, can edit it.
Drop down list sources are grouped together at one location of the database
application.
Built-in application Help is available. Help can be gained through the menu
or by keying, Ctrl+F1. Keying Ctrl+F1 brings up context-sensitive Help. Once in the Help Window,
all Help topics are available and can be printed.
